Mike’s Story
Originally from South Louisiana, Mike Lejeune ran to Houston, Texas more than 20 years ago to begin his career in the recruiting and staffing industry. He currently serves as President of Steverson & Company, one of the leading Executive Search firms in Texas. Clients include Fortune 500 corporations and rapidly emerging privately held companies. Mike has served on the board of directors as President of the Texas Association of Personnel Services and currently serves as President of the National Speakers Association Houston Chapter. He has been recognized numerous times for his contribution to the staffing industry. As part of a research project for attracting and retaining the best talent available Mike has also personally met with CEO’s and Chairman of the Boards of companies that represent the best in their industry.
This unique window has offered him the opportunity to better understand how companies attract talent, watch frustration build as organizations lost key people to new situations and witness firsthand the excitement and energy created by renewed hope and possibilities.
